Cancellations and Refunds for Reservations

    1. If you need to cancel your reservation, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer your table to other customers.
    2. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated bill, which will be deducted from your deposit, if any. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 14 business days.

    Unsatisfactory Service or Food Quality

    1. At Pashmina Carvoeiro, we take pride in our service and the quality of our food. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please bring it to the attention of the restaurant staff immediately.
    2. We will do our best to resolve the situation. If your complaint cannot be resolved at the time and you wish to pursue a refund, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your visit.
    3. Refunds for unsatisfactory service or food quality are at the discretion of Pashmina Carvoeiro management. We may offer a full or partial refund, a replacement meal, or a voucher for a future visit.

    Returns and Refunds for Retail Items

    1. If Pashmina Carvoeiro sells retail items, such as bottles of wine, packaged food items, or merchandise, these items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
    2. To process a return, please bring the item and your receipt to the restaurant during regular business hours. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 14 business days.
    3. If the item is opened or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from your refund.


    1. This policy does not cover products or services bought during special events, promotions, or with a significant discount, unless otherwise specified during the purchase.
    2. For items bought as part of a package deal or combined offer, returns will only be accepted if all items included in the package are returned together.

    By making a reservation, ordering food, or purchasing retail items from Pashmina Carvoeiro, you agree to this refund and return policy. This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
